Synthetic fibers are long chains or polymers made from high molecular weight compounds. Synthetic fibers are used in every field of textiles. Compared to natural fibers, synthetic fibers have better performance on durability, anti-corrosion, waterproofness, stain resistance, etc. Synthetic fibers that are commonly used include polyester, polyamide, acrylic, polyvinyl chloride, nylon, polyurethane, and polypropylene. Considering the required liquid-solid separation properties and mechanical characteristics, Bolian chooses polypropylene, polyester, and polyamide to produce filter cloth, for most applications.
Polypropylene filter cloth has excellent performance for chemical resistance, smooth filter cloth surface, anti-clogging, and easy cake release.
Polyester filter cloth has excellent performance for breaking strength, abrasion resistance, heat resistance, corrosion resistance, and dimensional stability.
Polyamide filter cloth has excellent performance for breaking strength, abrasion resistance, alkali resistance, smooth filter cloth surface, and easy cake release.
